Site Visit and Consultation: We will meet with you to discuss desired changes to the existing layout and functionality, provide guidance based on the existing floor plan/framing, plumbing, and electrical. Example: Would you like to open up the kitchen to the living area. Is this possible based on existing framing? Is the wall being removed load-bearing? If so, can a beam be installed to support the load?
Permitting: Complete and submit all necessary city permits and manage inspections throughout the project.
Estimating: Project cost estimation based on known factors that are required to complete your remodel from, permitting, site preparation, demo, install and finish out.

Material Take-Offs: We will perform material take-offs, assist you with fixture and tile selection, order materials, schedule, and confirm deliveries.
Project Management: Subcontractor scheduling, site preparation, install direction, code inspection, and quality control.
Design Services: 3D renders of proposed layout and design.
